REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We don’t accept returns For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used cosmetic products. To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., the wrong item shipped from our side).
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We may request photos of the damaged item for verification purposes along with a product opening video. We will issue a replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or WhatsApp notification regarding replacement.
